Alex Wasson is an Illinois based artist. She has her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Oil Painting from the American Academy of Art, where she also took special interest in Life Drawing and Sculpture. Taking a playful approach, whether in subject matter or color, she enjoys exploring realism through her work. She is passionate about exploring identity, whether it be through the telling of her own story, or that of others.
